How can I get a free 3D design of my branded item?

Simply sign up through our website, upload your logo file, and our design team will send you a personalized 3D mock-up of your product within 24 hours (baring weekends)

How long does the design process take?

After you submit your logo, the initial 3D design preview is typically delivered within 24 hours, with exception of weekends and holidays. The complete design process is included in your order (except for complex design requests)

What is the delivery time?

For most of our products the delivery time is between 8 and 12 days. Do you have an deadline? Just let us know and we will look for the best options to get your branding materials on time for your event!

Can I see samples of your previous work?

Absolutely! Visit our socials for our latest projects. We can also provide images and case studies showcasing our custom inflatables, tents, and display setups for various brands.

What materials are used in your products?

Our products are made from premium, durable materials designed for all-weather conditions and include a 3 or 5-year warranty.

Yes! We provide a range of customization options, from sizes and shapes to fully custom-printed designs, to perfectly fit your brand.

What’s included in each order?

Each product includes a carrying bag, spikes, lines, and everything you need for easy setup. Additional items may vary by product.

What is the delivery time for custom products?

Our standard delivery time for custom products is 8-12 days from design approval.

What payment methods do you accept?

Your payment can be done by bank transfer to the IBAN details written on your invoice. Payments can also be done directly to our bank account from your own payment provider

Do you require payment upfront?

Yes, due the fact that all of our products are fully custom-made, we will start production after receiving your payment. A payment confirmation is also good for us to start the production of your order. 

Are there financing options available?

We do offer flexible payment plans for larger orders. Please contact us for more information on financing options.

Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with my product?

We stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us, and we’ll work to make it right, including refunds where applicable.

Are there any additional costs like taxes or shipping?

Shipping is calculated on your quotation and any applicable taxes are included based on your location. We’ll ensure transparency with no hidden fees. For orders within Europe, no TAX will be added when providing a valid TAX ID.
